What is Associative Empirical-Empathic Mystical Contemplation?
After doing intense meditation for a long time, I suddenly felt the desire to go even deeper within myself. Although energetic, light meditations helped me reach higher vibrations, there was still something missing for me to progress further in my inner development. Fortunately, since childhood I was guided by the desire for my true Home. This desire was an integral part of me and I constantly felt it deep inside me. After some time of intense meditation, I turned my attention deep within and focused my attention there with all my mental strength, intensity. In the emotional connection, the energies and this feeling led me deeper and deeper into myself, until suddenly, in that silence, my consciousness expanded and I saw something like a vast universe within me, but without stars, like an empty darkness, like when you extinguish all the stars out of nothing , but you are constantly looking into space. In the vast unimaginable distance I saw a tiny bright light. As I turned my attention to this light, it began to slowly approach me. But the distance to it was so great that it took several days for the bright light to come to me completely and connect with my physical body. It was like the Sun in the sky, bright, hot. And when it connected with my physical body I felt a huge glow, I felt a huge amount of energy, a lot of light inside me. My earthly everyday consciousness gradually began to be filled with various information, images, as if parts of continuous events in the form of videos through inner vision, but also connections and higher contexts, both from my past lives and from life between earthly lives “up there” . And much more.
I called the technique through which this connection of the higher with the lower takes place inner associative empiric-empathic contemplation. This technique can also be used in the search for higher answers to our so far unanswered questions. The basis of this technique is, simply put, when we let e.g. some image, music, part of the video to affect ourselves, to feel and we work with this effect. We always feel the action deeper and deeper, and at the same time we discover changes after the action in our deeper regions of consciousness. Always deeper and deeper. In this way, we get to know not only our feelings and thoughts, but also progressively deeper levels of the soul and spirit. Of course, this technique must be preceded by a light-energy cleansing, with the help of which we not only cleanse ourselves mentally and emotionally, but at the same time it silences our daily constant thought chatter and prepares us for that higher connection by increasing our vibrations. This is pure spiritual inspiration accompanied by imagination and helps us to strengthen our intuition and helps to transform our consciousness into an expanded state of higher, broader understanding of context.
I chose the term contemplation because of the proximity of the term and the understanding in which sense it was used by Plotinus, “the ancient post-classical philosopher, the main representative of Neoplatonism, panentheist. Plotinus was greatly inspired by Plato’s philosophy, but he did not adopt the idea of two fundamentally different worlds, the sensible and the ideal. He wants to derive all forms of being and forms of the world from a unified divine basis, which he calls One: One is absolute, perfect, it is the basis of all existence, and Plotinus speaks of it as beauty, goodness and truth. Individual beings emanate (radiate) from the One in such a way that one can recognize the scale of emanation from the highest sphere of ideas through the world soul to the lowest level – matter, material being. One is not accessible to conceptual knowledge based on logical principles. Seeing the One requires us to purify our soul and enter a state of ecstasy. It is a mystical experience. ”
…
“For man, it is the pinnacle of knowledge and happiness if he reaches the immediate insight of this divine principle.”

I must point out that I do not agree 100% and on all points with Plotinus. Only the above resonated with me, but with learned reservations. The empirical and practical side of contemplation is more important to me than any rational philosophical justifications.
